These terms govern use of RentTick websites, trials, and paid subscriptions provided by HeliaTick. By using the product you agree to them.
The service
RentTick is software for paying guest and hostel operators to manage beds, billing, guest login, and related operations. Features depend on the plan you purchase. A trial, if offered, is for evaluation and may be limited in time or usage.
Accounts
You must provide accurate details, keep login credentials secure, and use the software only for properties you are authorised to manage. Paying guests may access only the portal their owner enables.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, send spam through messaging features, or upload unlawful content. You are responsible for tenant data you store and for complying with Indian law, including tax and accommodation rules that apply to your property.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page or in a written quote. Payment-gateway charges from third parties are separate. We may change published list prices with notice on the site.
Availability and liability
We aim for reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by Indian law, HeliaTick is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed rent collection. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
