RentTick is a PG and hostel management product operated by HeliaTick in India. This policy explains how we handle personal information on www.renttick.com and related owner or guest portals.
Who we are

Information we collect
- Contact and demo requests: name, email, phone, property name, bed count, plan interest, and message.
- Account and portal use: login identifiers (such as mobile number), invoices, payments, complaints, and occupancy records that owners or guests enter in RentTick.
- Website analytics: pages viewed and approximate location via Google Analytics, using cookies or similar storage on the marketing site.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide the software, send operational messages you request (including WhatsApp reminders you configure), improve the product, and meet legal obligations in India.
We do not sell personal information. Guest data in a property portal is processed for that property's owner as the account holder.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who host email, hosting, analytics, or payment features, only as needed to run RentTick, and if Indian law requires disclosure.
Your choices
Email us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to ask questions under applicable Indian data-protection law. We may need to keep some records for billing, security, or legal reasons.
